1️⃣ General Agreement

By purchasing any membership, class package, private session, workshop, event, or retreat from Thryve Yoga Holistic Health & Wellness Centre LLC ("Thryve Yoga"), you (“Member,” “Student,” or “Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

These terms protect both your experience and the integrity of Thryve Yoga’s offerings, space, and community.

 

2️⃣ Sales are Final

• All sales are final.
   

• Memberships, packages, private sessions, workshops, events, retreats, and any other purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   

• Thryve Yoga may offer refunds, credits, or exceptions at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, but is not obligated to do so.
   

 

3️⃣ Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at time of purchase.
   

• Memberships can be paid in full or through authorized auto-renewal billing, depending on the selected membership plan.
   

• It is the Member’s responsibility to maintain accurate and updated payment methods.
   

 

4️⃣ Failed Payments & Membership Suspension

• Failed payments will result in immediate suspension of access to classes, events, guest passes, private sessions, and Anam: The Thryve Community.
   

• If failed payments are not resolved within 10 calendar days, membership may be canceled entirely, and any locked-in pricing or special status (such as Founding Member pricing) may be forfeited.
   

 

5️⃣ Membership Expiration & Renewals

• Term-based memberships (1, 3, 6, 12 months) expire automatically unless renewed.
   

• Founding Member Packages renew annually. Lifetime pricing is maintained only with on-time annual payments.
   

• Failure to renew on time may result in the loss of Founding Member pricing.
   

 

6️⃣ Class Scheduling & Attendance

• Pre-registration is required for all classes.
   

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time may result in forfeiture of that class credit or guest pass.
   

• Exceptions may be granted at Thryve Yoga’s sole discretion.
   

• Late arrivals may not be permitted into class at the instructor's discretion to preserve the integrity of the practice and community.
   

 

7️⃣ Workshops, Events, Retreats & Trainings

• Separate registration and payment are required for specialty workshops, guest speaker events, retreats, and teacher trainings.
   

• Members receive priority access and discounted pricing for such offerings before the public.
   

• Event-specific refund and cancellation policies will apply and be communicated at registration.
   

 

8️⃣ Guest Pass Usage

• Guest passes are allocated per membership type.
   

• A maximum of one guest may attend per class session using a guest pass.
   

• Guest passes may not be stacked or applied toward multiple guests in the same class.
   

• Guests must pre-register and complete all required studio forms prior to participation.
   

 

9️⃣ Anam: The Thryve Community

• Access to Anam: The Thryve Community is provided only to active unlimited membership holders.
   

• Access will be revoked if membership lapses or if community guidelines are violated.
   

• Members agree to follow all Anam community policies, including:
   

  • Respectful communication
     

  • No advertising, promotions, or solicitation
     

  • Nourish the space rather than deplete it
     

 

🔟 Health, Safety & Consent to Practice

• Member acknowledges responsibility for their own health, limitations, and well-being.
   

• It is the Member’s responsibility to consult with a physician before participation.
   

• Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in yoga classes, workshops, private sessions, and events.
   

• Thryve Yoga is not responsible for injuries or health issues that may arise.
   

• A signed Consent to Practice Form is required prior to participation.
   

 

1️⃣1️⃣ Studio Behavior & Conduct

• All members agree to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, fellow members, and the studio space.
   

• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
   

 

1️⃣2️⃣ Policy Changes

• Thryve Yoga reserves the right to update pricing, policies, and membership terms as the business evolves.
   

• Any updates will be communicated in writing and/or through the studio website.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all of Thryve Yoga’s Terms and Conditions.
