Thryve Yoga — Informed Consent to Practice

By registering for and participating in any yoga class, workshop, or offering held at or through Thryve Yoga Holistic Health & Wellness Centre, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I am choosing to participate voluntarily in yoga and related wellness practices, which may include:

Asana (physical movement and postures)
Pranayama (breath regulation techniques)
Meditation and visualization practices
Philosophical discussion or energetic integration techniques

I understand that my participation is entirely my choice and I may opt out at any time.

2. Health Responsibility

I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in these practices. I have consulted with my primary care provider if needed. I understand that yoga and wellness practices are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

If I have any physical, emotional, or psychological conditions that may affect my ability to safely participate, I will inform the instructor or refrain from participating until medically cleared.

3. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that, as with any physical activity, there are potential risks involved. I accept full responsibility for any injuries, discomfort, or health conditions that may arise from my participation, and I release Thryve Yoga and its instructors from any and all liability.

4. Modifications and Consent

I understand that hands-on adjustments may be offered but are always optional. I will clearly communicate any preferences regarding touch or personal boundaries.

5. Consent via Purchase

By completing the registration or purchase process for any Thryve Yoga offering, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Informed Consent to Practice. My purchase serves as an electronic signature of acknowledgment and agreement.
