This upcoming workshop explores where our awareness lies within.
We'll delve into the depth of our reflection. For the first time, our eyes and face communicate correctly in a True Mirror, witnessing ourselves unreversed.
Finally, we see ourselves as we are, not just how we look.
This can lead to various benefits related to accurate self-image and understanding.
Traditional reverse mirrors cause a quick shift in communication from natural expressions to more of a stare.
It's as if we wear a "mask" when staring into the everyday reverse mirror, hiding vital elements of our expressive personality.
Our self-image has been distorted by inaccurate information about our entire being. Our emotional and mental understanding has been altered from what is real; a literal doppelganger has been created in mirrors.
This has been in our lives since childhood—ubiquitous, unconscious, unchallenged, and solitary.
We are the only living-being who knows ourselves in reverse.
A distorted sense of oneself can lead to general unease, self-doubt, feeling different from others, body dysmorphia, self-negation, and even self-hate. It's a feedback loop with distortion over entire lifetimes, and it's difficult to predict its effect on any individual. Overall, this communication between ourselves is not healthy for our emotional well-being.
This exploration of who we think we are determines the results that we create and experience. Self-awareness is critical, and here, we can actively tune into it to alter, create, and begin to build the foundation of the reality we truly desire.
