GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing or redeeming a Thryve Yoga gift card, you agree to the following terms.
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Gift cards are intended for the recipient named at purchase. Once issued, they may not be transferred to another person unless Thryve Yoga approves the transfer.
Gift cards may be used for eligible Thryve Yoga offerings, including classes, memberships, workshops, and private sessions. Registration requirements and the terms of the selected offering apply.
Purchased gift cards do not expire.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except as required by law. A remaining balance of less than $5 may be redeemed for cash as required by New York law.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Please safeguard your gift card and redemption details.
Updates to these terms will not reduce the value of previously purchased gift cards or limit rights provided by applicable law.

CLOTHING AND MERCHANDISE
All clothing and merchandise sales are final, except as required by applicable law.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is defective upon receipt or otherwise required by law.
Please confirm sizing and selections before purchasing.
If your item is defective upon receipt, contact Admin@thryveyoga.com with your order details and photographs of the defect.
Thryve Yoga is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, care, or wear.
